Can a client choose their own panelbeater to repair their vehicle?

Tshianeo Insurance requires the vehicle to be repaired at a panelbeater chosen by Tshianeo Insurance to ensure the client receives the best service and the best quality as we manage and monitor our providers on this ensuring the best service to the client.

 

How is a cliam submitted?

By calling our cliams centre your claim will be handled quickly and efficiently, whilst a cliams consultant will advise you step by step of what is required.

 

What do i do for transport if my car is being repaired?

Tshianeo Insurance offer a Car hire policy on all of our policies. There is a choice of days that may be purchased at very reasonable rates . this can be added to your policy at any time , even if you have been withTshianeo Insurance for a period of time . Just phone our friendly VAPS team and they will assist.
